Pontiac History

66 Pontiac GTO One Hot Car Order Today!

Pontiac history goes back as far as 1926 when the first Pontiac automobiles were made under the name.

Pontiac’s were sold in the US, Mexico and Canada by General Motors.

With the US suffering from the biggest downturn in the economy ever, in April 2009 General Motors announced Pontiac got the axe.

The plan is to phase out Pontiac completely by 2010.

Phasing out Pontiac is a sad day indeed. Being around for all of the motor-sports and muscle car history of America just makes it a little more heart breaking to see them go.

Classic car buffs and Pontiac model car collectors alike will be scooping up everything that is available before the prices go sky high.

We have provided the listing of all the available Pontiac models for you to get an early start on your collections.
